Booking

Revivitize Massage Therapy operates exclusively by appointment only and does not accomodate walk-ins. Same day appointments may be made depending on schedule availability. For convience, online booking is available using the link below. Please note that appointments that are made online are not guaranteed and may need to be rescheduled, if this should occur Revivitize Massage Therapy will contact you immediately to make accommodations. Online booking is not available for first time clients. 

Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. While we are truly sympathetic please understand that no shows and failure to cancel without proper notice hampers our ability to accomodate our schedule. These policies have been established to prevent loss of wages to Revivitize Massage Therapy and our staff.                             

Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy to our clients, a reminder will be sent via email and text 24 hours prior to your appointment.  In order to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments or cancellation fees, it is the client's responsibility to arrive on time or cancel no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  

A credit card is not required for your initial booking however, following your first cancellation, a credit card number will be required  to reschedule and reserve your spot on the schedule. Additional cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee and will be assessed to your credit card on file.

No-shows will be charged a $25 rebooking fee prior to booking your next appointment.

Same day appointments will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the appontment fee. Cancellations for same day appointments will forfeit your deposit. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to the balance owed at the time of your appointment.

Groupon Vouchers are only redeemable for first time visits.

Late Policy:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate our following appointments. As a courtesy we give a 15 minute window for late arrivals to receive their full service time.                 

Refund Policy:

Revivitize Massage Therapy has a NO REFUND POLICY on services that are completed. We offer complimentary fixes within 14 days of the service completion.
